The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor stars Brendan Fraser reprising his role as explorer Rick O'Connell, along with his son Alex (Luke Ford), wife Evelyn (Maria Bello), and brother-in-law Jonathan (John Hannah). The two parents are now retired, but they must stop the resurrected tyrannical Han, the Dragon Emperor (Jet Li), a mummy awoken from a 2,000-year-old curse, and whose army was found by 18-year old Alex. The Emperor now wishes to rebuild his empire, and threatens to plunge the world into his merciless, unending service with his Terracotta Army. The undead Terracotta Army faces another, smaller, raised-from-the-dead army made of the Dragon Emperor's enemies, who were burried under the Great Wall of China.

Batman star Christian Bale arrested on assault allegations

LONDON, England (AP) -- Batman star Christian Bale was arrested Tuesday over allegations of assault, British media reported.

British media had reported that Bale's mother and sister complained they were assaulted by the 34-year-old actor at the Dorchester Hotel in London on Sunday night, a day before the European premiere of his latest film, "The Dark Knight."

The women made the allegation at a local police station in southern England on Monday, Britain's Press Association news agency said. It later said Bale had been arrested, citing "police sources."

Asked whether Bale was in custody, a police spokesman did not refer to him by name but said: "A 34-year-old man attended a central London police station this morning by appointment and was arrested in connection with an allegation of assault."

The spokesman spoke anonymously in line with force policy and refused to go into more detail. British police do not name suspects before they are formally charged.

U.S.-based representatives for Bale didn't immediately return messages seeking comment. Repeated phone calls to Bale's London representative went unanswered.

The Sun newspaper said police didn't question the actor Monday because they didn't want to interfere with the premiere of the movie.

Wales-born Bale first made a splash as the child star of Steven Spielberg's "Empire of the Sun" in 1987. His screen credits also include "American Psycho," "The Machinist" and "Batman Begins."

In "The Dark Knight," Bale reprises the role of wealthy playboy Bruce Wayne and his crime-fighting alter-ego Batman, a brooding vigilante superhero still scarred by the murder of his parents.

The film, which stars the late Heath Ledger as Batman's nemesis The Joker, took in a record $158.4 million at the box office in its opening weekend in the U.S. last week.

Akala ko sobrang okay na ang network nila ngaun, hanggang ngaun hirap na hirap pa rin ako maghanap ng signal, sa las pinas man o sa kalookan, may mga spots pa rin na di abot ng network nila kahit nasa Metro Manila ka na. At nakakalungkot pa, since postpaid ang na avail ko, may 2 years lockdown period ako, else magbabayad ako ng P10,000 as termination fee pag di ko tinapos ( kamusta naman!?, feeling ko nasetup ako don a). Ewan ko ba kung bakit pa pumayag si Aga Mulach na i-endorse ang network na to, malamang may shares cya sa company na to ( im sure di Sun Cellular network na gamit nya )

Pucha P350 na nga lang ang plan ko, ang hirap pa tumawag sa customer service nila. La kang choice kundi tumawag dahil may bayad na P2.00 ang balance inquiry sa text nila kapag postpaid ( masahol ), kaya ang choice mo ay kausapin ang mga engot at mga bading na customer service nila na hirap na hirap sagutin kung magkano na ang voice calls mo at kung magkano ang text charges mo, ang alam lang nila ay kung magkano ang total unbilled charge mo, at imposible daw malaman ung kung magkano don ung call charge mo at text charge mo since di pa nagegenerate ang bill, ( pakyu silang lahat! ).

Pag nagtanong ka naman sa supervisor, nasasagot nila pero 30 minutes bago mo malaman dahil manually daw nila ginagawa at wala daw access ang mga agent sa running bill ng customers. Di ko rin masisisi ang mga empleyado ng Digitel, kung bulok sistema ng kumpanya nila, malamang masakit na rin ulo ng mga Customer Service Representative sa kakausap sa mga nagrereklamong subscribers nila, magresign na lang sana sila at mag-apply sa ibang network gaya ng Smart at Globe.



Gusto ko sana malaman kung may paraan ba kung pano isoli ung lecheng free phone nila at macancel ung account ko sa kanila ng hindi magbabayad ng termination fee, lagi ko to naiisip pag napipikon ako sa kakatawag sa customer service nila. Narealize ko na mas ok pa na kumuha na lang ako ng postpaid sa Globe o kaya sa Smart, engot ko rin. Napakabulok talaga ng Sun Cellular, uulitin ko, sasakit lang ulo nyo dito sa network na to, sobrang matagal pa bago sila makahabol sa technology ng Globe at Smart. Kung magkaroon man sila ng technology gaya ng Globe at Smart ngaun, malamang mas advanced na Globe at Smart.
